Job DescriptionReporting to the Global Head of Paid Media, you will create impact within our Paid Media Centre of Excellence in India.
Your team plays a critical role in supporting AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions with campaign builds, optimization, and monitoring for paid media accounts. As the COE Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the team, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring exceptional support for our global partners.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
People Management:Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of ~30 paid media specialists.Foster a collaborative and achieving work environment.Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and mentorship, and develop individual career growth plans.Identify and recommend opportunities for team expansion and talent acquisition.Strategic Direction:Define the vision and goals for the India COE, aligning it with the broader Jellyfish strategy.Develop and implement processes and best practices for campaign management, optimization, and reporting.Manage workload distribution and resource allocation to ensure efficient team operations.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in paid media to ensure the team utilizes cutting-edge techniques.Client & Partner Relations:Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including AMER, EMEA, and APAC teams.Ensure seamless collaboration across regions.Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.Performance & Reporting:Track and measure team performance against important metrics (KPIs) and client goals.Develop and deliver impactful reports to leadership, highlighting team achievements and areas for improvement.Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and maximize client ROI.Professional Skills:
Has lead a successful team in an agile digital marketing environment.Excellent in communication, interpersonal, and relationship managementStrong organizational and prioritization skillsStrategic thinker and able to translate a vision into actionable plans.Experience with building and developing successful teams.QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of paid media platforms and campaign management (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).Experience with campaign optimization and reporting tools.Understanding of digital marketing best practices and measurement frameworks.Familiarity with programmatic advertising (a plus).
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in paid media advertising.Proven track record of leading and managing a team of digital marketing professionals.Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across regions.Additional Information:
