Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** As the Senior Director, Pharmacy on our national team you will serve as the national expert for pharmacy services and programs across the organization. You will also provide leadership and accountability over Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Operations. Other responsibilities will include: + Ensure that policies and procedures are developed and implemented according to organizational, regional, national, state, and federal requirements and guidelines and are approved by the institution's legal department. + Assess opportunities for cost savings and business improvements in various aspects of pharmacy services and program utilization, including opportunities for cost savings and system improvements to yield higher compliance. + Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the reduction of pharmaceutical cost in services and programs, while maintaining high levels of quality, service, and safety. + Determine and support any strategy for pharmacy services and programs for the organization including key stakeholder relations, coordination, contracting, corporate-level operations, policy and procedure development, program enhancement/optimization, and reporting. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Active unrestricted professional licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. Education: + Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
