\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs the Senior Director, Pricing Performance, you will lead our Offer Strategy and Commercial Actions teams, both of which are at the core of Hilton's \"commercial engine\" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Pricing Solutions, you will lead a team that works on strategic initiatives to optimize the performance of our Rate Management System and enhance how we go to market via our customer-facing offer shelf.
\nYour responsibilities will also include:
\n\nOffer Shelf Optimization: Develop and test hypotheses to improve the rates we offer to customers via our evergreen “core” offer shelf\nPromotional Rate Strategy: Evolve the company’s use of promotional rates to stimulate demand to need periods and hotels by leading the development of a promotional rate toolkit and approach, and process to deploy.\nCommercial Actions: Provide strategic leadership to a cross-functional group of Team Members focused on driving in-the-year performance by identifying and actioning large-scale revenue management opportunities, including rate and system configurations.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nCollaborate with leaders across Revenue Management, Marketing, Commercial, Support, Technology, Brands, and Third Party Vendors (among others), and work across all three regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC) to develop and execute roadmaps and evolve processes.\nPartner with our Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team to inform actions and measure impact\nServe as a Pricing subject matter expert to support initiatives across the enterprise\n\nWhat initiatives you will take ownership of:
\n\nDevelopment of new processes and toolkits within the Pricing Performance team\nApplying a test and learn approach to develop new rate products and policies\nWhat are we looking for?
\nSuccess will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

\n\nSeven (7) years of work experience in Product, Pricing, Corporate Strategy, Commercial Services, Revenue Management, or Analytics.\nThree (3) years of experience leading strategic projects or initiatives across multiple disciplines.\nThree (3) years of experience leading and developing team members.\nTravel up to 25%\n\nIt would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nExperience leading initiatives in a global, matrixed organization relating to Revenue Management, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and/or Strategy\nTen (10) years of experience in hospitality, corporate strategy, or innovation\nFive (5) years of experience supervising cross-functional teams\nFive (5) years of project management experience\nMA/MBA Degree or equivalent on-the-job experience\n\nWhat is it like working for Hilton?
