As we continue to expand our global footprint, you would play a pivotal role in leading and scaling a global high-performing User Experience organization that is responsible for multiple products within our ITSG (IT Solutions Group) portfolio that provides remote IT support and RMM solutions. This leadership position requires a comprehensive global approach, as the team operates with stakeholders across diverse locations.
**Your Day to Day**
**As a Senior Director of User Experience for ITSG, you would be working on:**
+ **Lead a global ITSG User Experience Team** , working in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders like the Product Management and Engineering Teams to ensure alignment and coordination in discovery, visualization, validation and delivery of products that win for our customers and our business.
+ **Help define the strategic direction of product development,** ensuring the long-term business priorities are met across the organization, and oversee the user experience practices of continuous discovery, prototyping, validation, execution and delivery of outstanding experiences in our products in the short-term.
+ As an **active member of the Global User Experience Leadership Team** , leverage proven UX-wide practices, programs and systems and introduce next-level processes, frameworks, or cultural shifts that will benefit the global UX team, our customers and GoTo overall.
+ **Scale and grow a high-performing User Experience team** fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. Build an adaptable and high-performing organization that can make smart decisions on how to deliver fast in the short-term and what to focus on in the long-term. Act as a strong role model for engagement and high performance, developing the team through mentoring and coaching.
+ **Optimize resources, including budget, people, and technology** , to ensure best use and alignment with the organization’s objectives. This includes prioritizing resource allocation in line with strategic goals, managing the use of resources and making data-driven decisions to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
+ **Set clear and measurable objectives** for your function and communicating them to the team, in line with the overall strategic direction of the organization. Establish key metrics based on outcomes for measuring team and organizational productivity, identify specific team and product development related challenges, and prioritize improvements in the short and long terms.
+ Be a **technical thought leader** and effectively convey user experience strategy and outcomes to people across all levels within the organization and beyond, including individual contributors, the UX and Product & Technology Leadership teams, the Executive Team and Board of Directors.

+ Expertise in Leading Design for SaaS Products: Strong and proven background in leading the discovery and development of multiple growth and mature-stage SaaS products simultaneously.
+ Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence outcomes with all levels of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Executive Presence: Ability to project a strong and influential presence in professional and business settings including the ability to articulate ideas, plans and outcomes clearly, listen actively, and adapt communication style to different audiences.
+ Tradeoff Analysis: Ability to understand and evaluate tradeoffs associated with potential shifts in priorities.
+ Stakeholder Partnership & Alignment: Proven expertise in working with stakeholders to manage changes and achieve alignment across the product portfolio.
+ Team Leadership: Track record of successfully building and leading high-performance winning User Experience Teams at a business-focused, customer-obsessed, and high pace environment.
