As we continue to expand our global footprint, you would play a pivotal role in leading and scaling a global high-performing User Experience organization that is responsible for multiple products within our ITSG (IT Solutions Group) portfolio that provides remote IT support and RMM solutions. This leadership position requires a comprehensive global approach, as the team operates with stakeholders across diverse locations. **Your Day to Day** **As a Senior Director of User Experience for ITSG, you would be working on:** + **Lead a global ITSG User Experience Team** , working in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders like the Product Management and Engineering Teams to ensure alignment and coordination in discovery, visualization, validation and delivery of products that win for our customers and our business. + **Help define the strategic direction of product development,** ensuring the long-term business priorities are met across the organization, and oversee the user experience practices of continuous discovery, prototyping, validation, execution and delivery of outstanding experiences in our products in the short-term. + As an **active member of the Global User Experience Leadership Team** , leverage proven UX-wide practices, programs and systems and introduce next-level processes, frameworks, or cultural shifts that will benefit the global UX team, our customers and GoTo overall. + **Scale and grow a high-performing User Experience team** fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. Build an adaptable and high-performing organization that can make smart decisions on how to deliver fast in the short-term and what to focus on in the long-term. Act as a strong role model for engagement and high performance, developing the team through mentoring and coaching. + **Optimize resources, including budget, people, and technology** , to ensure best use and alignment with the organization’s objectives. This includes prioritizing resource allocation in line with strategic goals, managing the use of resources and making data-driven decisions to increase effectiveness and efficiency. + **Set clear and measurable objectives** for your function and communicating them to the team, in line with the overall strategic direction of the organization.
