PLS manages all of Expedia Group’s B2B partnerships. As the world’s largest and fastest-growing B2B travel solutions provider, we work with partners across all countries to turn their web traffic into travel bookings and happy customers. Our partners range from large airlines, hotels, financial institutions and activity providers to single homeowners.

TAAP is a multi-billion dollar product and is one of the key pillars for PLS serving hundreds of thousands of offline retail travel agents. This role will lead the product management team responsible for driving TAAP. This role requires someone who can balance between innovation/growth as well as operational efficiencies to ensure we continue to delight our partners and their travelers. You need an experiment, fail-fast, learn and iterate mentality with the goal of making TAAP a no-brainer tool for travel agencies and agents worldwide. You also need to be a strategic people leader who aligns product vision with organizational goals, fosters a culture of accountability, and spearheads conflict resolution within their teams. You are instrumental in nurturing talent, encouraging professional growth, and establishing Expedia as a magnet for industry-leading professionals through effective succession planning.

Who You Are:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to ramp up quickly and become an expert across our business with 10+ years of Product management experience at an executive levelInnovation: you embrace creativity and have delivered innovative products in previous roles. Passion for customer interaction and obsession for understanding and improving user experience. What You'll Do:

Own the product strategy for TAAP through a deep understanding of our partner needs across all partner cohorts and geographies.Work towards the north star of making TAAP the first choice for travel agencies and agents of all sizes across all geographiesCollaborate with business leaders to formulate and align on business strategy and with product and engineering leaders across all product areas to understand strategy, roadmap for each of their work-streams. Use these inputs to formulate a bold vision for new product initiatives, build in a scrappy way, fail-fast, learn and iterateEnable the organizational framework to focus on innovation, efficiency, velocity, scalability and simplified flow of work through the business.Champion innovation and design of new solutions, methods, and offerings that provide competitive advantage and leadership in the industry.Lead the development of industry, customer, and market insights to inform product vision, scope, customer segmentation and GTMBuild & lead an engaged and inspired organization of high performing talent to drive innovation, operational efficiencies and Partner SatisfactionCreate an inclusive environment that champions innovation by encouraging others to openly share and build on each other’s new ideas, products and solutions.
