What You’ll Do:

Create and sustain a highly innovative R&D culture, balancing time to market and breakthrough technology.Drive new product development including hardware development, systems engineering, and verification/validation.Lead a multidisciplinary global team through strategy, execution, and technical excellence.Collaborate with Product Management on business cases, product roadmaps, and IP strategy.Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean product development.

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a talented professional who can develop talent, foster innovation and deliver results.

BS or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.10+ years of progressive leadership in R&D and new product development of instrumentation.Team leadership experience, including managing leadersExpertise in intellectual property strategy, compliance, and lean product development.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $240,000 - $260,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
