Sr. Director, Sales Operations

About this Role:

\n

Optimal management of Conduent’s revenue forecasting and performance is the lifeblood of sales and account management operations.  This role leads Sales Operations for the Commercial Solutions business which comprises 50% of Conduent’s annual revenue.  Reporting into the Revenue Operations team, the (Senior) Director, Sales Ops will operate in complete lockstep with the Commercial Group President and Sales, Account Management and Client Partner leadership to deliver performance metrics, proactive insights and actionable guidance to maximize revenue capture.

Responsibilities:

\n \n Driving revenue growth: Develop strategies to renew contracts, expand Conduent's value-add to clients, and increase overall domain footprint.\n Lead all Sales Reporting and analysis for Conduent’s Commercial Solutions business spanning new logo, new capability, add-on and renewal pipeline and signings \n Operate as subject matter expert on pacing to quarterly and monthly quota targets providing insightful guidance and recommendations to optimize processes for maximum return \n Actively work with IT to build user friendly dashboards with live data feeds for instantaneous insight gathering and decision making \n Proactively identify optimizations in areas such as automations, fields and notifications within SFDC \n Host weekly Sales Performance meetings with Leadership Team as well as weekly deal specific pipeline reviews for the active and future quarter with sales execs, account managers and client partners \n Manage vendor relationships and tech integrations for sales intelligence and data enrichment partners such as D&B and ZoomInfo respectively \n Manage a team of Sales Analysts that support individual Commercial Solutions segments and Client Partner teams with customized views and reports of critical data \n Partner with Sales Leadership and Total Rewards to develop annual Sales and Acct Management compensation model, territories, quotas and report pacing to targets on a monthly basis \n Liaise with Sales Ops Public Sector business counterpart to maintain consistency in companywide reporting \n \n

Requirements:

\n \n Successful experience working with business, sales, finance and HR teams – B2B industry experience a must \n Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects\n 10 years' experience in sales operations with minimum of 3 years in a leadership position\n Minimum of 8 years of experience with SFDC; experience with 3rd party plug-in partners to SFDC a plus\n BA/BS in fields such as data analytics, finance, general business - MBA desirable\n Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills\n Excellent interpersonal skills\n Process oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skills\n Results oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for excellence\n \n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $160,000 to $180,000.
