**Why we are looking for you:**
As Sr Director you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex technical solutions that meet our clients' business objectives. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, technical architecture, pre-sales, client communication, and stakeholder management.
**Responsibilities**
**What you will do:**
+ Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
+ Lead pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops.
+ Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with client needs and industry best practices.
+ Utilize your expertise in digital marketing and data analytics to design innovative solutions that drive business growth and maximize ROI.
+ Define technical requirements, specifications, and project plans to guide the implementation process.
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
+ Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance our solutions and services
**Qualifications**
**What you will need**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
+ Proven experience of 16 yrs in the industry (10+ years in a similar role), with a strong track record of delivering successful solutions in a client-facing environment.
+ Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
+ Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
+ Solid understanding of technical architecture principles, including cloud computing, microservices, and API design.
+ Excellent pre-sales skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
+ Strong leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
+ Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Adobe, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) are a plus.
