Job Description / Summary of Responsibilities

In this role:

· Candidate will provide leadership in managing the company’s enterprise data, analytics and solutioning landscape.

· Candidate will need to work with the executive management and business stakeholders to assist in enterprise data journey visioning, formulation of data strategy and executing on company’s vision by road mapping and solving business problems.

· Candidate will need to work with project managers, senior architects and development teams and manage enterprise data engineering and technical solution design & architecture.

· Candidate’s areas of leadership include but are not limited to Business Intelligence, Analytics, Master Data Management, Systems’ Integration, Cybersecurity, RPA, Automation & Workflow Management.

· The right candidate should also have a proven track record of solution architecture cost management to be able to eventually formally establish and lead the company’s internal FinOps initiative.

· Candidate will be a trusted internal resource for product and vendor selection for company’s operational needs and will need to work with company’s existing and new external vendors as necessary.

· Candidates with extensive hands-on experience of building solutions are preferred as there might be projects wherein candidates may need to work hands-on with development teams.

· Candidate will report to SVP of IT for IT responsibilities and to the VP of Finance for strategic visioning on data-driven decision making, road mapping, FinOps and other cost & budgetary responsibilities.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in technical field of study

· Minimum 20 years of extensive hands-on well-proven experience in overall solution architecture, management consulting, design and development of solutions using cloud and hybrid architecture with concerted focus on the following key high-level tools, technologies and platforms:

Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Master Data ManagementAzure Cloud Services (Synapse / Fabric)PowerBI, DAXMicrosoft SQL BI stack (SQL, SSIS, MDS, SSAS Tabular, SSRS)GCP BigQuery , GCP BigQuery APIAutomation & WorkflowsMicrosoft Power AutomateMicrosoft Power AppsCollaboration:Microsoft SharePointMicrosoft TeamsMicrosoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Custom Applications:.NET / C#Source Control Systems:Azure DevOpsERP & CRM:Microsoft Dynamics 365Project Management Tools:Microsoft ProjectJIRA

· 15+ years of team management experience. Team size of 5-10 preferred.

· Must have experience in strategic planning, prioritization of workload and identification of quick wins and high impact items.

· Must manage solution delivery expectations and have ability to translate business requirements into solutions.

· Must provide references or LinkedIn recommendations from past solutioning efforts and proven track record of value creation.
