**We are hiring a Sr Director of Strategic Channels and Partner Development for ADP's Major Account Services (MAS) and Canadian Divisions**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO:** Responsibilities
+ Leads market share growth of ADP MAS and Canada through the identification of channel, partnership and acquisition opportunities for ADP
+ Work and partner across all of ADP’s different business units to create holistic programs
+ Ongoing management of ADP MAS relationships with existing strategic partners to deliver performance and expand to a broader range of Employer Services to ADP MAS and Canadian clients
+ Research, identify and analyze potential new business opportunities sourced from both internal and external resources from within ADP and selected markets
+ Develop business cases of major investments for recommendation to senior management and integrate potential partner firms/new business opportunities with ADP's internal strategies and resources. Evaluate financial position, strategy, markets, competitive products offerings and strength of operations
+ Manage and lead the internal business unit processes required to secure senior management approval and complete investment transactions. Coordinate with all appropriate corporate and external resources (e.g., Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, target firm principals, consultants, etc.) in an effort to complete transactions in a timely and effective manner
+ Lead and/or actively participate in discussions and negotiations with potential business partners, involving the principals and senior management from partner/target firms involved in potential commercial/strategic transactions
+ Ensure the successful incubation/integration of new business into existing operations from the start of the transaction process until new reporting arrangements have been finalized and working relationships established
+ Continue to stay abreast of the market, technology and competitive developments in targeted industry segments and geographic locations
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** _Requirements_
+ 12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Strategy or Finance
+ 5+ years of experience in analyzing new business opportunities
+ Previous experience at a large firm or consulting firm
+ Proven proficiency in designing and performing quantitative research and developing business cases for major investments
+ Requires experience in sales, new business development, alliances, and partnership with "C" level executives
+ Ideal candidate will have experience in leading change and creating a collaborative environment
+ C-Suite experiences possessing responsive and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Excellent interpersonal skills; able to manage diverse resources within a matrix environment toward the achievement of the common objective
+ Outstanding mental discipline: a thorough, analytical, detail-oriented person with excellent and consistent follow-through
