FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. a day in the life 

The Senior Director will serve as a thought leader and partner to the FP&A team and the broader CFO organization (Strategy, Enterprise Planning, Corporate Development). The Senior Director will lead and coach both a direct team, as well as multiple cross-functional work-streams working closely with leaders across the business.

Responsible for the creation and execution of the 5-year Long range financial plan which support our strategic and financial goals.Lead finance partner to elevate process/ framework and provide thought partnership and ad-hoc support to our key stakeholdersAssess and analyze market trends, industry developments, and financial implications to support informed decision-making and targetingSteer the company towards sustainability and environmental impact goals and lead finance partner in strategic plan to meet our commitmentsDelivery of Fuel for Growth (FFG) program with responsibility for delivering ambitious margin improvement for lululemon globally.Accountable for scoping and laying the foundations for the FFG workstreams with value delivery target in FY25 and beyond.Including: program leadership and governance; tracking and reporting of FFG initiatives towards targets and KPIs; and continuous ideation/ evaluation of new opportunities to integrate into the program.Primary financial partner to corporate development workstreams including business development and sustainability financingOptimize ROIC (Return on Invested Capital) metrics for performance evaluationLeverage experience in integrated retail to bring industry-specific insights and best practiceConsulting experience a plus


qualifications

Bachelors degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar; MBA or CPA preferred10+ years of experience, preferably in management or financial consulting, or equivalent experience with internal function within a large corporation.Experience in capital structure metrics, market analysis, and valuation strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and exceptional business acumen.Ability to work with limited direction, usually within a complex and changing environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $187,400 - 246,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
