Provides executive support to the SVP and Chief of Staff and acts as a key participant on the management team. Provides oversight and recommendations in interaction with all division heads as well as other NYCT departments on various operational issues and projects. Chairs high level meetings to evaluate issues and strategize to mitigate potential risks. DOS liaison for MTA HQ and MTA Comms managed initiatives and projects. Manages/directs all public affairs, administrative and operational activities for the SVP and Chief of Staff . Develops operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the divisions. Education and Experience : A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and ten ( 10 ) years of related experience , and seven ( 7 ) years of experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity . Selection Method : Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, and interview. All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
