Senior Director, System Workforce Development & Empowerment

The Senior Director, System Workforce Development & Empowerment will lead initiatives that address equity gaps in under-resourced communities by skilling workers, enhancing economic mobility, while building a diverse talent pipeline for The Coca-Cola System and its customers.
This role requires strategic collaboration with the Coca-Cola System as well as communities, high schools, colleges, universities, trade/technical schools, and other key stakeholders to create innovative workforce development programs. The Senior Director will ensure that all initiatives contribute to sustainable community empowerment and economic progression.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ **Capability Development:** Design and execute capability development strategies that align with The Coca-Cola System's mission to close equity gaps and foster economic mobility. Expand existing proof of concepts through the Coca-Cola bottling system while scaling established development initiatives across the System, connecting this work with local communities.
+ **Partnership and Relationship Management:** Build and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, universities, trade/technical schools, and other educational and youth institutions in low-income areas while collaborating with nonprofits, vendors, and community organizations to develop a diverse talent pipeline. Collaborate with the Coca-Cola bottling system to identify grounds to pilot initiatives while scaling successful pilot projects across bottlers.
+ **Program Development and Implementation** : Identify and develop future-skilling initiatives, creating or enhancing programs and certifications that prepare workers for roles such as order builders, forklift drivers, fleet technicians, and CDL drivers (among others). Integrate skills development programs focused on technical, digital, and soft skills to prepare workers for the demands of a rapidly changing workforce while enhancing career readiness by incorporating mentorship, interview and CV skills building coaching into workforce development initiatives. Develop funding mechanisms to support workforce development initiatives and ensure their sustainability.
+ **Measurement and Continuous Improvement:** Collaborate with bottling system talent and capability teams, HR, and senior leadership to measure the success of upskilling initiatives. Gather and analyze data to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and demonstrate program value. Share progress and outcomes with stakeholders to align expectations and reinforce commitment to workforce development goals.
+ **Community Empowerment and Advocacy:** Advocate for equity and inclusion in all workforce development efforts, ensuring alignment with The Coca-Cola System's mission to refresh the world and make a difference. Promote economic empowerment through workforce initiatives that strengthen community resilience. Act as a thought leader in workforce development, representing Coca-Cola at industry events and forums when needed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
+ **Leadership and Strategic Thinking:** Proven experience in leading large-scale workforce development and diversity initiatives. Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals and community needs.
+ **Collaboration and Relationship Building:** Strong ability to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders, including educational institutions, nonprofits, and community organizations. Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and driving collaborative projects.
+ **Program Development and Execution:** Expertise in designing, implementing, and scaling programmatic initiatives especially at the workplace. Knowledge of future-skilling strategies, skills development programs, and best practices in workforce empowerment.
+ **Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement:** Proficiency in analyzing program performance data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes. Experience in setting and measuring KPIs for workforce initiatives.
+ **Advocacy and Communication:** Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels. Passion for advocating for under-resourced communities and driving systemic change.
**Education and Experience:**
+ University degree, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
+ 10+ years of experience in HR, Capability Development, DE&I leadership, or related roles.
+ Familiarity with the Coca-Cola System and its operations is a plus.

Pay Range:$168,000 - $189,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
