Summary of Role:
You will help building and managing the FR CMOS R&D Technology Integration Team – reporting to the VP of Technology Development (FRC) with focus on people management
Essential Responsibilities:
Build up and manage the FR CMOS R&D Technology Integration Team – reporting to the VP of Technology Development (FRC)
Take care of people-hiring, people-management and people-development
Prioritize the workloads of the team members
High customer and global team interaction (Product, Market, Sales)
Be creative and focused on launching the right projects aligned with business objectives to fill the fab of the future
Drive innovation projects as well as fab-to-fab technology transfer projects and ensure seamless transition from development phase into production
Ensure effectively monitoring and reporting within GF global team as well as with customers in technical and executive forums
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Required Qualifications
Education – Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field experience
15 years technical leadership in semiconductor manufacturing and/or development areas
Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in order to build consensus and obtain co-operation
People management experience
Creative, proactive, outgoing and energetic
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Language Fluency – English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
Education – PhD Degree in Physics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
Technology development and transfer experience / knowledge
Semiconductor methods, statistical methods, FMEA/8D methodology
External customer & multicultural working environment experience
Expected Salary Range
$189,600.00 - $330,300.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
