Senior Director - Transplant ServicesPosition Summary:

This role drives growth that is in harmony across the services business segment. This role is accountable for setting the strategic direction for the evolution of the services portfolio, including defining the roadmap of testing solutions offered through One Lambda Laboratories and testing services that support pre- and post-transplant growth strategy. Using customer, market and business insights in developing strategic plans, this role will drive execution on services initiatives through teamwork across Marketing, R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, QARA and Operations.

The role leads a cross-functional team (direct, matrixed, and contracted). The role reports into the President of the Division and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) within TDX.

What You'll Do:Drive top line revenue to optimize the overall services portfolio performance.Develop and implement all go-to-market strategies.Build capabilities to achieve long-term go-to-market objectives, including hiring, developing and running a high-performance team.Drive end-to-end business operations from defining the strategic roadmap to leading tactical execution of key results to achieve commercial and business segment objectives (P&L).Lead all aspects of business planning for the segment, including service positioning, competitive monitoring, customer/market research, and campaign planning to support growth and new service introductions.Partner with medical affairs to build a services market access roadmap to enable evidence generation and reimbursement coverage for all post-transplant services.Leverage a project team approach with indirect resources in Marketing, R&D, and other SME’s to develop ongoing business strategies for planning purposes.Ensure that business development activities are communicated regularly to collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.

What Do You bring?

10+ years of proven experience in diagnostics or other healthcare-related business. MPH/MS, MBA or PhD required.

Strong preference for candidates with a background in transplant, pharma and/or the molecular diagnostic testing market

Multifaceted leader with 7+ years of P&L / people management responsibilities and proven success in building high-performance organizations.

Background scaling capabilities and teams within new markets, including managing insourced and contracted capabilities to accelerate growth and business performance.

Successful execution of go-to-market strategies, portfolio development, new product/service launches, and market expansion initiatives.

Exposure with building market access and reimbursement approaches for a diagnostic company.

Strategic thinker capable of navigating a highly driven environment to expand the division’s value proposition and market footprint.

Has excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing in-licensing, distribution, and other business activities centered around growth.

Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to provide succinct, strategic and actionable insights to senior executives.

Ability and flexibility to travel – up to 50%, as required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $212,000.00–$282,600.00.
