Senior Director, US Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, US Strategic Partnerships to lead strategic marketing partnerships in the US region. Leading a team of partnership managers, this role will drive the assessment, refinement, negotiation, and execution of our marketing partnerships. You and your team will own the end-to-end success for our partnership investments, from defining technology roadmap to managing scaled activation through integrations, advertising, marketing programs, talent partnerships, etc. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success leading strategic partnerships at scale with sports leagues, arts and entertainment organizations, talent/athletes, etc. ensuring that our marketing investments are aligned with and driving business priorities and outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
+ Strategic Planning and Negotiation: Define, negotiate and activate strategic partnerships. Ensure alignment and impact based on thorough research and understanding of the business, industry, and competitive landscape.
+ Collaboration: Build a valuable relationship across all disciplines and partner closely with sales and engineering teams to consistently execute tech based, customer value enhancing programs.
+ Customer Insights: Develop and leverage customer insights to support program development. Track customer feedback (both qualitative and quantitative) to create engaging customer experiences.
+ Content Development: Develop scalable and/or curated content and customer journeys through advertising, social, influencer partnerships, etc. Drive strategic communications plans for diversity, inclusion, and accessibility programs.
+ Measurement and Reporting: Oversee measurement plans and reporting on key partnership impact metrics. Draw insights from aggregate analyses and KPI reports to inform long-term planning and decision making.
+ Project Management: Provide input into the development of detailed project management plans for large, complex projects. Manage finances and lead the budgeting process for high-impact projects.
+ Change Management: Oversee change management efforts to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on GTM plans, launch activities, and promotional strategies.
+ Leadership and Coaching: Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership guidance to support team development. Build scalable processes to drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of operational rigor and accountability.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years experience managing strategic marketing partnerships with or at a tier 1 sports or entertainment company
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 9+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
+ OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 4+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years people management experience.
Integrated Marketing M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $154,500 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $199,600 - $299,400 per year.
