We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Director with a passion for driving sales and expansion across multiple countries. You will lead Integra’s regional operations, maximizing sales and business growth. You will oversee national sales managers and a diverse team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while executing expansion plans. The Senior Sales Director will lead the full organisation within **DACH, Eastern Europe and Russia** clusters which includes direct management of national sales managers for each country. The full organisation includes national sales manager, regional sales manager, account managers, clinical specialists and local marketing. If you have over 15 years of experience leading sales teams, a strong background in the medical devices field, and a proven track record in multi-national environments, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our business in a dynamic, growth-oriented role. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Drive and lead the commercial organisation for the cluster by ensuring delivery of sales targets and business growth tied to Integra International Strategy. + Responsible for turnover and performance of all CSS and TT product ranges in line with corporate goals. + Manage relationships with key stakeholders across International including Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Prof Ed and Training, Customer Service, Quotes & Tender etc. + Provide regular feedback to sales managers in the cluster relating to product performance, competitive activity, clinical trends, new product opportunities etc. + Maintain a thorough and strong knowledge of the company products, operation and clinical applications. + Ensure regular engagement within all levels cluster organisation including coaching, motivating and guiding team members as appropriate. + Use data appropriately to make decisions and accurately plan forecasts and analyse performance data for the clusters. + Analyse the issues/challenges/opportunities and establish action plans based on the recommended strategies to expand the customer base and increase market shares. + Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, technology. + Ensure the development of the people in the organisation and optimum use of personnel to achieve business results. + Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. **QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE** + More than 15 years’ experience leading sales teams for multiple countries, managing direct teams and distributor markets + A track record of implementing expansion plans in a multi-national environment + Clinical/Medical, business administration and/or sales education [third level/bachelors] is essential. + Strong business leader with ability to lead teams across multiple locations and across different portfolios. + Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, balance, and manage multiple efforts with strong results/goal orientation. + Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives across the organisation. + Ability to manage budgets effectively. + Responds to customer requests in a timely manner. Communicates with internal / external customers to ensure that they are satisfied and that their specific needs are being met. + Strong Medical sales background including experience in the OR and clinical environment. + Sales and customer oriented. + Taste for technical products. **_Changing lives.
