Essential Functions: Develop and Execute Digital Communications Strategy Lead stakeholders in setting and aligning around a targeted digital strategy for the website, social media platforms, and mass e-mail/text communications. Craft, design, and disseminate external-facing content through digital channels. Collaborate with external and internal partners to curate and manage content. Other duties as assigned. Website Management Oversee the strategy and content for the public website, ensuring it is continuously updated with fresh written and visual content. Utilize content creation, digital marketing, and SEO tools and relevant software to maximize site effectiveness and increase visitation metrics and reputational impact. Social Media and Communications Strategy Create and implement a thoughtful strategy for communicating via social media platforms. Determine the most appropriate platforms, establish a monthly posting schedule, and ensure all content aligns with the organization's visibility and impact goals. Mass E-mail and Texting Optimize use of mass e-mail and text blasts. Establish a well-integrated schedule and ensure all communications are aligned with CCAC's objectives to enhance visibility, reputation, client impact, and donor revenues.
