Senior Director/ Director, Field Management

Manulife HK is seeking a Senior Director/Director, Field Management with track record in driving agency sales, industry recruits and new agent applications under various profiles to excel agency targets. He/ she is expected to achieve profitable growth and development of assigned districts in Regions in terms of sales, productivity and recruitment.

Position Responsibilities:

Drive sales, productivity and headcount growth with gross increase in Special Profiles

Orchestrate and monitor regional activities for delivering business growth

Implement initiatives for boosting recruitment activity, productivity and knowledge

Align agency managers with company vision and objectives

Support Agency Operations in areas of communication and compliance for ensuring company objectives are achieved

Stabilize defected / substandard districts with retention and growth strategy       

Design and execution of district challenges

Identify the developmental needs of district and devise strategic plans to address them.

Required Qualifications:

15 years+ Life Insurance Industry experience

Degree holder

Good understanding of agency operations & management issues

Result and action oriented. Resilient, flexible and be a good problem solver

Leadership and management competency. Strategic mindset and visionary, able to think beyond status quo   

Good presentation and motivational skills. Persuasive and able to convey ideas, negotiation and influencing skills

Able to handle conflicts and self-motivated in difficult situations

Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Agency Director position
