The External Manufacturing & Supply (EM&S) team operates as a global virtual site and is built around different operational and support pillars. EM&S portfolio covers variety of product from small molecule, large molecule, to mature products, new product launches etc. in the manufacturing network of Sanofi 's Specialty Care, GenMed and Vaccines GBU.
Your mission is to act as Business partner for all supply chain community within EM Specialty Care, Gen Med to drive performance (including Service Level and Inventory optimization), standardization of our processes and propose enhancement in our processes leveraging on digital and collaborative platform projects to support our External Manufacturing & Supply modernization journey.

Main Responsibilities:
Interact with Global Supply Chain teams as EM&S focal point and lead SmartSC/SC Core Model deployment program across EM&S
Ensure alignment with Global Supply Chain on performance monitoring for EM&S activities. Manage & coordinate improvement plans for OTIF, customer service.
Drive inventory optimization action plan for EM&S and monitor performance.
Manage/support transversal activities during standardization projects across EM supply chain organization (organization evolution, resource, capabilities…)
Coordinate across EM&S Financial deliverables for Budget/Strat Plan cycles for volume/Opex/inventory and Performance Dashboards
Lead Supply Chain stream for New Product Launches in close collaboration with SPPM.
Provide troubleshooting/crisis management support, based on a solid understanding of the relevant processes to ensure a high supply performance
About You
Education:
Bachelors' in engineering, continuous improvement, supply chain or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
10+ years experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing management in the industry
Solid experience in Manufacturing Supply Chain with strong knowledge in process & tools (site experience welcomed)
Large Molecule knowledge and experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
CDMO management experience will be highly appreciated
Soft and technical skills:
Lead cross functional teams to deliver the expected performance through regular coaching and feedback
Network animation and strong coordination skills
Good analytical capabilities, able to set priorities and to navigate autonomously complex and ambiguous environment
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Teamwork
Creative in problem solving
Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment
Languages: Fluent in English
