Job Description Summary:

The Senior Director will lead the national partnerships with both Arby’s and Jimmy John’s, focusing on creating mutually beneficial short-term and long-term growth opportunities. We seek an individual with high standards for quality and integrity who values being a key part of a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will consistently exceed expectations to ensure Arby’s and Jimmy John’s receive the utmost value from their partnership with Coca-Cola. The role requires experience in leading a cross-functional team, delivering innovative business solutions to drive growth, strategic thinking with the ability to lead the execution of those strategies, and the ability to build value-based relationships across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.

Education Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree preferred.   

Related Work Experience:  At least 5-7 years of successful sales account management or related experience.

Pay Range:

$158,000 - $187,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
