**Job Summary:** As ADM embarks on our next chapter of digital transformation, we are seeking a Senior Director of Infrastructure Services and Operations. This role will oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance and operations of our infrastructure and services. The scope of this role includes end user compute platforms, data center hosting , platform engineering, public cloud services, specialty support, field services and executive technology support services on hundreds of ADM global sites, This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our infrastructure services and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and operations, a strategic mindset, and strong leadership skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the infrastructure services and operations team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
+ P&L Accountability: Have overall accountability of infrastructure services and operations budget of $150M annually.
+ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure services and operations that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation, simplification, and improve infrastructure capabilities.
+ Infrastructure Services Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of end user compute platforms, data center hosting , platform engineering, public cloud services, specialty support, field services and executive technology support services. Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of servers, storage, networks, and other systems.
+ Infrastructure Operations Management: Manage IT operations, including incident management, change management, and problem resolution. Monitor infrastructure services and performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operations. Implement observability, monitoring and performance metrics and reporting systems to ensure that all SLA and KPI targets are met.
+ Security and Compliance: Ensure information security and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and information integrity.
+ Vendor Management: Manage relationships with infrastructure services and operations providers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
+ Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for infrastructure services and operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
+ Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of infrastructure failure, natural disaster, cyber security threat or other disruptions.
+ Innovation and Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation and continuous improvement in infrastructure services and operations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. Master’s degree in MBA or technology will be a plus.
+ Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure services and operations, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
+ Certifications: Relevant experience and/or certifications such as ITIL, CSM, CISA equivalent are highly desirable.
+ Skills:
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.
+ In-depth knowledge of infrastructure services and operations, cloud savvy.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

**Salaried Incentive Plan:**
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
