As a Senior Director of Innovation and AI Solution Consulting, you will drive innovation and solution delivery by partnering with value stream teams and application owners to integrate advanced technologies—including Generative AI—into application design and development. This role ensures that experiments with emerging capabilities evolve into robust, scalable, and secure solutions. By promoting modern solution design and staying abreast of the latest technological trends, this leader fosters a culture of continuous learning, iteration, and best practices adoption. The Senior Director will also facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize solution development, ensuring new and existing technologies deliver maximum business impact.
What you will do:
Strategic Technology LeadershipCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to align technology-driven initiatives with organizational goals.Stay current with the latest advancements—including AI, ML, and other emerging technologies—to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Solution Consulting & DeliveryProvide expert guidance on the design and architecture of advanced technology solutions including AI, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and meet business requirements.Oversee proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot programs, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy and solution standards.Team Management & DevelopmentBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of AI solution consultants, data scientists, and developers (5–10 FTEs/contractors).Support ongoing team learning and development in emerging technologies, agile practices, and solution delivery.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with application owners and value stream teams to identify high impact use cases, including AI opportunities, and develop roadmaps for implementation.Establish best practices for solution lifecycle management, including design, development, testing, and deployment.Governance & ComplianceWork closely with Responsible AI teams to ensure solutions meet ethical and compliance standards.Ensure adherence to enterprise security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field required OR equivalent experience10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or data science initiativesDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in designing and deploying innovative AI solutionsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and cloud-based infrastructures for AI/MLDirect experience designing and delivering Generative AI solutions in a large enterpriseWhat will set you apart:

$148,800.00 - $215,775.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
