Their primary role is to lead market strategy and set business direction for the organization by leveraging market expertise, innovate differentiated solutions or market problems and deliver compelling value for our company and customers. Responsibilities Lead and execute commercialization activities for the entire Life Insights platform: + Champion Life Insights strategy and positioning- identify impactful, compelling value propositions and engagement strategies that differentiates our brand and wins customers. + Collaborate across functions such as Marketing, Sales Enablement or Client Engagement to execute our message and voice and GTM plans. + Lead Customer Advisory initiatives and serve as the main point of contact/leader with Reinsurers. + Support customer engagements to perform discovery and identify workflow solutions. + Serve as a single point of expertise on a number of products that may be used to optimize a carrier's workflow based on their unique challenges including RPIs/RFPs. + Partner with the Global Alliance team to determine third party relationships that will advance the adoption and integration of our solutions. Help problem solve creative ways to meet market needs and collaborate while protecting our proprietary interests. + Lead strategic alliances and mergers/acquisitions due diligence. + Lead and support internal operating activities as needed. Requirements + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. + 10+ years of collaborative leadership experience in a Life insurance related solutions company. + Business analysis skills/experience; has ability to draw insights from a variety of sources and has ability to process complex information into a cohesive strategy and action plan. + Excellent verbal and written communications; has ability to work with and influence customers. + Strong execution orientation; has ability to manage projects and details yet communicate with multiple levels in a clear and concise manner. + Has ability to reconcile competing priorities or challenges to determine a forward-looking path. + Experience negotiating contracts and developing commercial terms preferred. + Ability to travel 30% #LI-RB1 We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
