Responsibilities: Manage Service pull through of > 200mil per year and equipment pull through > 100mil per year and Value Engineering or > 50mil per yearUpsell managed service using FV360 as benchmarking and discovery platformManage team of > 4 managers and > 16 engineers to deliver managed service KPIPitch FV services like Crossmatch, C2CM, Fleet optimizer, Process Optimizer, COO, PM2, Qual 1 , ECO365 analyticsTarget > 90% service renewal and tools warranty conversion for workstation with FV projectsDrive AMT FV team to publish technical bulletin and patent file for technical breakthrough workAssist FV Asia cross region support to Singapore / Japan / China fabs where AMT skill-set can be impactfulCollaborate with BD/ Sales to position FV as differentiation service to anchor renewal or upsell new contract  Collaborate with BU/SBU in WFE/CIF activities to secure new application market share or defect existing positionProvide yield enhancement / productivity improvement platform to resolve customer HVP as part of FV managed services
