This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our network and voice services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network & voice management, a strategic mindset, and strong leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Leadership and Management:** Lead and manage the Network Services team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. + **P&L Accountability:** Have overall accountability of network, mobility and voice budget of $64M annually. + **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement strategic plans for network infrastructure that align with the company’s goals and objectives. + **Network, Mobility & Voice Design and Implementation:** Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network, mobility and voice systems, including LAN, WAN, VPN, PBX and wireless networks. + **Security and Compliance:** Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and network integrity. + **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor network and voice performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Implement performance metrics and reporting systems. + **Vendor Management:** Manage relationships with network service providers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met. + **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the budget for network and voice services, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources. + **Disaster Recovery:** Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of network and voice failures or other disruptions. + **Innovation and Improvement:** Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
