Job Requirements REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in higher education, contract food service management, business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field; a minimum of ten years of experience at a mid to senior level; and experience running a large comprehensive multi-unit dining program, including contract management for food operations, in a fast-paced university environment.
