**Job Summary:**
+ Responsible for the overall oversight and operations of all children’s crisis, inpatient and residential programs operating within Arizona.
+ Work collectively with his or her counterpart in Nursing, Clinical, and Medical to ensure that all clinical/therapeutic activities, risk management, health and safety, and quality management best practices are implemented for each unit he or she oversees.
+ This position is a designated member of the Clinical Council and will be responsible for the development, review, and oversight of clinical curriculum, interventions, trainings and fidelity review.
+ Travel to each designated site routinely to meet with staff, community stakeholders, and ensure operations are in accordance with clinical and operational outcomes designated for these programs.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Master's degree in a field related to Counseling or Social work.
+ Independently licensed (LPC, LCSW, PsyD) in Arizona is required, or have a independent license that is transferrable to Arizona.
+ 10+ years of experience working with children/adolescents

**Pay Details:** $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
