How you will make an impact    

Participate in various phases of development, repositioning and operations from infrastructure design to building turnover, commissioning of key systems to ongoing performance and maintenance in the short and long termProvide a thorough understanding of how we commission, operate and maintain key infrastructure systems including but not limited to: HVAC, elevators, pools, electrical/power, plumbing, internet connectivity, etc. Assist in development of commissioning, turnover and ongoing maintenance procedures and trainingApply expert skill set to the oversight and maintenance of all mechanical systems ensuring systems are functional, retrofitted or replaced as needed to include boilers, elevators, emergency systems, electrical, plumbing, etc.Ensure the Preventative Maintenance Program for Erickson Senior Living aligns with manufacturer specifications and lessons learnedMonitor the maintenance KPI's to ensure high performance and develop and deploy strategies to raise the level of underperforming assetsIdentify best practices and develop appropriate processes, procedures, and maintenance protocolsAssist with implementing technology solutions to streamline processes and improve reporting capabilities

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience starting at $175000.00 / year plus bonus plan!

What you will need   

10+ years of facilities, construction, engineering, programs, business management, operations and/or related experience preferredLicensed Professional Engineer preferredLEED AP preferredCertified Commissioning Agent (CxAP) preferredWorking knowledge of building construction methods preferredExperience in program management, strategic planning, data and analytics, business management, and capital project execution
