Job Description

Manage and supervise daily operations, ensuring that activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality requirements.

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize logistics flows and reduce costs, while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing concrete solutions.

Coordinate human, technological, and material resources to achieve productivity, safety, and sustainability objectives.

Collaborate with the leadership team to set long-term goals and strategic plans for the company's growth.

Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding safety, environment, and quality.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

Lead and motivate the operational team, promoting continuous training and professional development of staff.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.

At least 15 years of experience in operational management roles, preferably in the logistics and transportation sector.

In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and technologies applied to the sector.

Excellent leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Strong analytical skills, result-oriented mindset, and a solid problem-solving attitude.

Willingness to travel internationally, if required.
