Senior Director of Product Management - Displays Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Displays Solutions team. The ideal candidate who is passionate about customers, have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of display technologies, and a proven track record of driving product innovation and market success. This leader will be responsible for defining and executing the product and solutions strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and leading a team of product managers to deliver exceptional display solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the product strategy for Displays Solutions, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Drive the insights to innovation process and develop deep customer and market insights, market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product and experience decisions.

Oversee the entire solutions product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, product design, downstream go-to-market organizations sales, and other complementary ecosystem product organizations to ensure successful product definition, development and launch.

Define and prioritize product experiences, features and requirements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Monitor product performance and customer feedback, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Work jointly with our downstream partner organizations to establish business goals, track business performance and create opportunities to drive new business growth initiatives.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote Displays Solutions and gather market intelligence.

Lead and drive executive communications and presentations on our portfolio leadership strategies

Create strong relationships across the ecosystem industry to influence Displays Solutions roadmaps with key industry partners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Exceptional ability to work across diverse teams and gain alignment on priorities for challenging business problems

Strong knowledge of display technologies and the display solutions market.

Software, solutions and experiences planning expertise

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proven track record for creating industry-recognized innovations

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional business acumen and strong understanding of business line financials

Ability to travel internationally and domestically as needed

The base pay range for this role is $183.650 - 293,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
