Location Description Hawks Cay Resort, an iconic destination resort in the Florida Keys, reopened in August 2018 following a $50 million renovation. A recipient of the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award and a member of the Preferred Hotel Group Lifestyle Collection, this 60-acre, tropical destination boasts 177 guestrooms and 250 two • and three-bedroom villas, a full-service marina, six restaurants, saltwater lagoon, five swimming pools, kid and teen clubs and spa. Overview Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our leadership team as Senior Director of Revenue Management at Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key, FL. This is a key position that will be responsible for maximizing and forecasting room revenues through management of room inventory and pricing. Communication of trends and strategies of competitor hotels to assist team members in making yield decisions. Assist as necessary with the reservations process. Manage e-commerce accounts/business. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, has a proven record of being a team player, is open to learning and leading by example, responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team, as well as being there to support the team both personally and professionally. ·Receive all definite and tentative group bookings and provide the General Manager with qualified analysis of how each booking will impact occupancy, average rate, and rooms profit over the dates in question. Review and approve all group proposals with Sales and/or General Manager. Collaborate with Sales Department on group rates. ·Works closely with hotel leadership and hotel sales team to establish and implement pricing, yield, and selling strategies for the hotel, based on market factors and company guidelines. ·Explore and provide variations in the market mix which would stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs. ·Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of any internal incentive programs for Front Office, Reservations, Sales and Convention Services. Then provide the General Manager with clear payback analysis; also making necessary adjustments to any program. ·Responsible for the maintenance of any software programs which contribute to the management of room’s revenue ·Establish hotel pricing levels in all segments. ·Monitor competitor strategies and data; maintain understanding of the dynamics of the local market and demand generators and present appropriate action plans to management. Monitor and communicate fluctuations in occupancy to operational departments so they can effectively manage staffing requirements and increase efficiency. ·Assist with the annual hotel budget development and ongoing results analysis. ·Strong understanding of hotel sales and hotel distribution sources and strategies. ·Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems. ·Essential statistical and analytical skills required to identify revenue opportunities and shortfalls. ·Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals. ·Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment. Qualifications -Must have at least 3-5 years of hotel Revenue Management work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance. The ideal candidate has an attention to detail and is very strategic in their thought process. Lodging/hospitality industry experience preferred with a demonstrated ability in the use of automated systems, personal computers and software programs. -Independent hotel/resort experience is required, along with systems knowledge in SynXis and IDEAS. -This position is 100% remote, but requires travel to the property at least once per month. -Experience with SMS (PMS), multi room product, i.e., hotel and villas/condos is highly preferred. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $110,000.00/Yr. - $120,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
