The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $175,000-250,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:This is What you Will do in This Role:
Define and Leads Dematic Americas Lifecycle Services Solution Development strategy to enable continued business growth and customer excellence (~900M OI target for 2025)Create winning deals, offerings and proposals in partnership with sales to deliver year over year profitable growth.Continue to build and lead a high-performance team of solution development engineers and consultantsCreate a culture of partnership with sales team and customer teams to enable long term profitable growth.Define Operational Readiness strategies and delivery for all Dematic Enterprise Solution Customers, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business for Dematic.Lead Consultative Sales team, ensuring sales and delivery of $12M in Consultative Services for Dematic customers.Execute five-year strategic roadmaps for customer upgrades through site audits delivered by solution consultants.Enable proposal quality and efficiency through advanced tools and technology. Develops and manages talent plan, budget, KPIs, and business plans.Demonstrates the ability to innovate and create strategies that significantly improve practices that enable the organization to achieve business and technical results.Demonstrates the ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders including internal stakeholders, customers and vendors and be seen as a trusted advisor.Demonstrates experience in driving initiatives, while holding teams accountable for results and ensuring continuous improvement.Model our Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Courage, and Excellence.What We are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree required in relevant discipline. Masters strongly preferred.15+ years of logistics and automation experience, with 10+ years of direct applicable experience at a leadership level.Must be extremely knowledgeable with the interworking of a Distribution Center.Experience in the analysis of performance metrics; short- and long-term technology development planning, evaluation, testing, and selection.Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels both internal and external and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.Demonstrates advance understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.
