And our site is nestled in the hub of innovation, representing a source of pride for the area. **Job Description** **_Essential Functions:_** + To interpret the mid-term plan and develop strategies for the Supply Chain to keep pace with the business demands and growth. Build business cases for the required investments in People and Infrastructure and implement the chosen strategy with proper oversight. + Lead and manage the local procurement and supply chain processes for all activities at FDBT such that customer promises are met. + Ensure GMP and EHS compliance throughout the Supply Chain and maintain ‘Audit ready’ within the Supply Chain team. + Lead the creation of a robust reconciliation process and support Program Management to have effective and smooth communications with customers. + Monitor Inventory levels and work in partnership with Finance to manage stock at appropriate levels. Ensure the Supply Chain budgets are within agreed constraints. + Ensuring value to the business by driving efficiencies within supply relationships through price, reliability, sustainability, terms and GMP compliance. Manage supplier contractors, ensuring the best value and suitable service levels. + Manage the Material planning group to ensure ‘On Time in Full’ deliveries.
