Senior Director Product Strategy

Ready to make your mark? **ADP is looking for a Sr. Director Product Strategy.** The Senior Director of Product Strategy will be instrumental in establishing this new function from the ground up. This role will be responsible for leading a team focused on Product Strategy, Data Analysis and Product Analytics, Tools and Systems Management, Cross-functional Collaboration, and Enablement. The role includes redefining key processes based on best practices; e.g., product analytics and reporting, product roadmap updates and releases, as well as designing tailored enablement programs to optimize team and organizational performance. **WHAT YOU'LL DO:** **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute strategies that drive operational excellence and align with broader business objectives. **Data Analysis and Product Analytics:** Oversee the creation and management of a robust analytics framework to provide actionable insights into product performance, customer feedback, and business value creation. **Tools and Systems Management:** Lead the selection and implementation of essential tools and systems that support effective product development, launch, and management across all segments. **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Ensure effective collaboration across departments to maintain updated and impactful product demos and communicate essential updates on product roadmaps and launches to all relevant stakeholders. **Product Enablement:** Work closely with senior leaders to identify and prioritize experiential learning and enablement opportunities for product teams. This includes tailoring initiatives to enhance the capabilities of key functions and roles within the organization. Learn more about ADP at tech.adp.com/careers Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 12+ years of experience in product strategy or corporate strategy for product-led B2B software company. 5+ years of experience in a top tier management consulting firm, and preference for candidates having extensive experience working with B2B product and technology organizations. 5+ years of experience in building and leading teams, with demonstrated success in developing operational strategies from the ground up. Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data-driven management and decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders. Comprehensive understanding of the software product lifecycle and operational processes.
