This is a critical Water Executive Team (WET) role responsible for the leadership, growth and operational oversight of single multiple Water contracts, projects and joint ventures with combined revenue between $60M to $200M.

ABOUT YOU 

The role exists to provide management and support to the Water business to ensure a safe, sustainable and high standard of Delivery is delivered to the customer.  
Key to ongoing success is the requirement to build productive relationships internally and externally.  
Within its scope of operational oversight, the role is accountable for:

•    Zero Harm
•    Profitability, Growth and Cost management including Margin Improvement
•    Implementing commercial risk and issue management 
•    Contract variations and retention of existing Contracts
•    Strategic management of internal and external relationships, with a culture of value-added partnerships
•    People leadership, including talent management, resourcing, inclusion and retention
•    Building/maintaining a high performing team with successors identified and developed
•    Quality and Standardisation, including The Downer Standard adoption
•    Strategic Industrial Relations and a commitment to ensuring quality people management practices are delivered by line management
