Senior Director Sales, Relationship and Channel Partnership Management (Remote)

BCD Travel’s successful consulting business, Advito, is looking for a European based, (English and French speaking) Senior Director, Sales, Customer Relationship & Channel Partner Management. This position is part of the Advito commercial team and supports Advito’s growth strategy across existing and new Practice lines. The role is three-fold and combines Sales, Account Management, and Channel Partner Management.
A commercially and business savvy individual, the successful candidate will be responsible for selling consulting services across all Advito's practice lines, including air and hotel analytics-driven supplier management; traveler and employee engagement; sustainability; intelligence and analytics; and new and emerging Practices. Your responsibility does not end at the close of the sale, you will also oversee client engagements, ensuring quality of delivery and client satisfaction. As an experienced sales professional, you will be targeted with retaining and expanding services to existing clients and developing new opportunities and profitable accounts.
In addition to client sales and relationship management, this unique role is also responsible for developing Advito’s Channel Partner strategy. You will take responsibility for identifying, implementing, and managing partnerships, with a focus on optimizing performance and revenue. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans in collaboration with Practice Area Leaders, establishing integration models, managing data requirements, leading negotiations, and maintaining strong partner relationships.
This role requires solid sales, relationship management, marketing, and negotiation skills, along with industry knowledge, operational and commercial insights, and the ability to balance multiple projects.
As a Senior Director Sales, Relationship and Channel Partnership Management, you will
Sell, renew, upsell, and cross-sell services to designated accounts to generate profitable accounts, grow revenue, and improve overall margins Identify and target new business opportunities beyond designated accounts to increase the pipeline and conversions In coordination with Sales Operations, create, review, and own the content of proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs Assume responsibilities of client development, problem resolution, and financial management Work closely with Practice Area Leads to understand the client's requirements, current or future, which are not met by existing in-house solutions Develop, maintain, manage, and expand Partner agreements across multiple service categories
About you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written & presentation) in English and French Extensive relevant travel industry experience and thorough knowledge of the business travel landscape Previous experience in roles such as Sales, Client Relationship Management, Supplier/Partner Management Experience in identifying, implementing, and managing third-party vendors Contract negotiation experience Competency with Microsoft Office Products, Salesforce, and collaborative software used for projects with remote team members and stakeholders
