Reporting the to the VP of Security, as the Senior Director of Security you will be responsible for developing and ensuring ‘best-in-class’ security programs and processes are in place for the organization. You'll oversee the security programs including physical security and hardware, guard forces, executive protection (EP) and policies and procedures. You will advise and work collaboratively with other functions (including Supply Chain, Environmental, Health & Safety, Legal & Government Affairs, and Human Resources) to achieve compliance with security-related regulations including those issued by the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Control, the Food and Drug Administration, and U.S. Department of Agriculture, and accepted best practices for protecting the employees, assets, and products produced by our company.
Responsibilities:Plan and implement security programs to ensure secure and safe work environment and supply chain.Plan and implement overall executive protection (EP) program.Responsible for administering Active Threat Monitoring program.Responsible for Duty of Care monitoring program for traveling employees.Will advise, inform, and report regarding security matters to the Senior Leadership Team, Board of Directors, as needed or requested.Collaborate directly with functional and operations leaders to promote the security of personnel, assets, and products produced by the company.Support Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Affairs department with respect to food chain security requirements and developments.Provide guidance, planning, and approval for physical security improvements.Coordinate activities and investigations with local, regional, national, and international law enforcement agencies.Maintain Corporate Security case tracking database.Develop Corporate Security annual budget, forecasting capital plans, expenses, and overall strategic operating plan.Qualifications:Minimum of B.S. in Industrial Security or related field required, or equivalent professional experience; MS/MBA Preferred.Ten years of progressive security management experience, including at least five (5) years of corporate level experience of a company with multiple locations (S&P 500 preferred).Former FBI or Secret Service experience preferred.Professional certification such as Certified Protection Professional desirable.Developing and implementing corporate level security programsExperience and working knowledge of physical security requirements and hardware, including some technical knowledge of camera and access control systems.Good people skillsAnalytical / collaborative / comprehensive approach to problemsSuperior communication skills, written and verbal.Must be willing to travel extensively (50%+ may be expected)

Compensation:
Annual Base Salary: $151,000.00 - $190,000.00The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
