Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (AS) sector is seeking a Director, Subcontracts 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals on our Global Supply Chain team. This position manages a workforce deployed at multiple sites across the United States and will be located onsite in Melbourne, Florida.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, proposals, procurement, business management, contracts, engineering or subcontracts OR a Master’s Degree and 13 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, proposals, procurement, business management, contracts, engineering or subcontracts5 years’ experience leading a team, process, and/or projectsExperience working with international and domestic suppliersGovernment Contracting Experience (FAR, DFARS) and terms and conditions, contract types and associated geometryYour ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

Salary Range: $228,700.00 - $343,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
