What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate and schedule the delivery of ready-mix concrete. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any service issues.Monitor and track ready-mix concrete trucks to ensure timely arrivals.Collaborate with plant and operations staff to optimize delivery routes and create efficiencies.Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.

What Are We Looking For

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics software.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment
