Brief Description of PositionDemonstrates a deep understanding of their key customers/stakeholders and the market dynamics to build strong partnerships to expand Vaccines & Global Pharma products access.Demonstrate excellence in execution: Sets high expectations and holds the team accountable for rigorous compliance and exceptional results. Implements processes to monitor progress, ensure compliance and measure success.Effectively coaching & development: meaningful discussions with team members about their growth and development.Routinely analyze data to identify business trends, guide decision making. Provide regular reporting and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to executive leadership.Devise and implement strategic sales plan that expands the business customer base and ensure the company’s strong presence.Ensure team configuration is relevant and optimized to realize business and territory potential.Demonstrate solid territory management skills and field force effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiative.Supports the team in moving promising innovations from idea to action. Experiments with new ideas and new ways of doing things.Uphold strong work ethics and ensure team's adherence to the relevant code of conductQualificationsStrong business savviness and knowledge of know-how in the marketDemonstrated record of strong working partnership with Key StakeholdersSelf-starter, high level of personal motivation and results-orientedA team player with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.Shows genuine concern and interest in the well-being of others.Ability to synthesize data/insights into actionable business tactics.Attention to detail and an eye for qualityStructured problem-solving skills, conflict management, analytical rigor and planning skillsTrack record of high performance and achievement of business results.Understanding of both public and private pharmaceutical market.Education:Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or medicine, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.Work Experience: 5 plus years of sales experience preferably in a large-scale pharmaceutical company3 plus years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsVaccines, Immunology or Rare diseases market experienceLanguage: Fluency in English, both spoken and writtenCurrent Employees apply HERE
