Responsibilities:

Design and plan safe and efficient drilling operations, including well structures and drilling programs.Oversee and monitor drilling processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.Collaborate with geologists and other engineers to optimize drilling operations and achieve project objectives.Analyze drilling performance and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.Review and select appropriate drilling equipment and techniques.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during drilling operations.Prepare detailed drilling reports and maintain accurate documentation.
