Senior DT Infrastructure Manager
**Job Description Summary** The Senior DT Infrastructure Manager for GE Aerospace global site in Poland responsible for managing IT infrastructure necessary for the site operations. She/he will be responsible for performance & availability of DT infrastructure as well as partnership with the business enabling process transformation. **Job Description** **The Senior DT Infrastructure Manager role will report to DT Site Leader at GE Aerospace’s engineering global site in Poland** **Essential Responsibilities:** + Ensure stable operations of infrastructure at GE Aerospace engineering global site in Poland, including High Performance Computer cluster and all laboratories at the site. + Ensure secure operations of infrastructure (asset health and infrastructure vulnerability remediation) + Ensure compliance with all cyber & regulatory requirements, including (but not limited to) CMMC, OCCAR, EDF, AS9100 and GE's Internal Audit organization as applicable. + Partner with the DT DES team on improvements, development and introduction of new technologies to unlock productivity. + Ensure the smooth transition of Aerospace site infrastructure through separation programs. Partner closely with Separation office and the Cyber Security team to ensure the deployment of new technology solutions tied to the GE separation are done in a secure & compliant manner with minimal disruption to the site operations. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), + 10 years relevant leadership experience in Digital Technology. + Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Technical Program Management **Desired Characteristics:** Technical Expertise: + Hands-on experience in 24x7x365 technical operations + Experienced in design, performance, availability, and scalability of the infrastructure + Demonstrated understanding of Lean principles + Experience on managing HPC platforms including servers, storages, network devices + Experience in managing RedHat Linux OS, PBS Pro job scheduler, HAL, VMware products + Experience in managing OTN network Business Acumen: + Knowledge of Aerospace domain. + Knowledge of business and financial principles and practices + Ability to manage team/product operations within own budget + Ability to drive projects based on business strategies and customer requirements + Demonstrated customer focus – manages technical issues in complex, difficult, or stressful situations; evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint + Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts Leadership: + Influences Executive band employees and below on their decisions. + Experience providing feedback on performance toward goals + Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members + Ability to proactively identify and remove obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team + Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver while mentoring and helping team + Demonstrated experience influencing across a complex, global matrix organization Personal Attributes: + Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills + Strong oral and written communication skills + Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure + Change oriented **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No GE Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
