Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Creates and customizes solutions within the Dynamics 365 F&O platform, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, execute system integrations, support data migrations, and troubleshoot issues, while focusing on performance optimization and scalability through expertise in X++ and Azure DevOps.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Acts as an subject matter expert for financial and operations processes and enhance system performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develops and customizes applications and modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications with assistance from business analysts.Performs system integrations and data migrations, ensuring data integrity and security.Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, providing timely support to users.Optimizes and supports existing customizations for performance and scalability.Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.Performs other duties as they might be assigned.Regular, full-time attendance during scheduled hours. This role can be hybrid or remote, depending on the candidate.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering5 year experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations developmentWorking knowledge of X++, custom X++ Services and related technologiesWorking knowledge of Azure DevOps and agile development methodologiesSolid understanding of business events and prior experience with performance turning scenariosStrong Microsoft Excel skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to create Data EntitiesSemi-local to Killeen, TX, Chandler, AZ or willingness to travel to cities where our offices are located as needed basis.
