**Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing business solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics, including Model-driven apps, Canvas Apps, Custom Pages, and Power Automate. This role requires a deep understanding of the Platform and its ecosystem and the ability to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and effectiveness. **Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and implement business solutions using the Dynamics 365 (Model-driven apps, Canvas Apps, Custom Pages, Power Automate, and Power Pages). + Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors on system designs, functionality and related matters. + Development using connectors and integrate with various data sources. + Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics solutions. + Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Platform and its ecosystem. + Document development processes, configurations, and user guides. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience and relevant Microsoft or Industry certifications will be considered. + Experience with Azure services and integration (Storage, Identity, Logic Apps, Function App, etc.). + Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. + Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 10 years of experience in web-based application development, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in development using the Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights). + Experience with Azure DevOps, and managing Pipeline/Release + Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and JSON. Experience with React is a plus. + Experience with database management systems like Dataverse and SQL Server. + Experience with connectors and integrations with external systems. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **So, what are you waiting for?
