As KREWE grows, we are seeking a Senior E-commerce Associate to join our team. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of E-commerce. In this role, you will collaborate on site merchandising strategy to drive conversion, reduce bounce rates, and increase sell-thru, while owning all merchandising execution. You will monitor and report on key metrics, provide insights to inform channel strategies, and support product launches from planning through execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, planning, and design, to ensure seamless product updates and overall site optimization. As the key point of contact for e-commerce product strategy, you will play a critical role in optimizing our online presence, enhancing the customer journey, and meeting KPIs to support business growth.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in e-commerce / digital marketing Proficient in Shopify merchandising, including product catalog management, optimizing product listings, creating promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience through effective use of Shopify's tools and features.Familiarity with website analytics tools, A/B testing, and SEO best practices.Experience with website optimization for speed, user experience (UX), and mobile performance.Ability to analyze sales data to identify trends, product performance, and customer behavior.Experience with creating reports and presenting insights to stakeholders.Strong ability to identify issues (e.g., website bugs, payment issues) and implement effective solutions.Benefits and Perks:
