Mission and Goals
The CSM Monetization Team is part of the Gen’s CSM Family and is made up of great, engaged, and versatile Marketing Managers. Our goal is to understand the needs of our customers and provide them with the best-in-class experience and protection. We are responsible for Retention Monetization of Customers likely to churn and are excited about testing new opportunities on our communication platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving results via planning, executing, and optimizing retention campaigns to maximize CLV.
This person derives satisfaction from goal achievement and continuous improvements. You are creative, results driven and have a strong “make it happen” attitude.
Objectives
Work as part of the Gen CSM team to develop, optimize and drive execution of customer experiences designed to maximize retention
Deliver against projects with both a bookings and units target
Manage CRM projects and campaigns, including new content, new offers for recurring and seasonal campaigns
Develop creative briefs based on objective, target audience, product positioning and strategy; occasional copywriting
Identify unmet customer needs and craft offers and solutions to fulfil that need in service of minimizing the likelihood of customer churn through delivering value and a positive customer experience
Partner with the Head of CSM Monetization to successfully establish and execute specific CSM initiatives and programs
Deliver performance reports for updating and advising the business
Competencies
Candidates will feel comfortable dealing with data and calculations
Familiarity with market and drivers of consumer behavior (demographics, psychographics, online attitudes, etc.)
E-Commerce background with familiarity of the principles of conversion rate optimization, design, multivariate or A/B testing, use of dashboards to analyze data strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Advanced Excel abilities required
Strong consumer empathy and customer experience advocate
Digital marketing experience with consumer customer lifecycle preferred
Experience with consumer subscription business preferred
Degree in a relevant subject matter
Background in licensed ecommerce industry, (SAAS)
3+ years digital/marketing/CSM experience Strong, in-depth understanding of CSM tools and technologies
Excel and general digital application and information analyze competencies
