Your Rolewe are seeking an experienced senior e-commerce manager able to lead our international online sales strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a strong ability to analyze digital data, manage digital projects act as a digital project leader, and make informed decisions to transform strategic decisions and projects into revenues and unique customer experience. This role requires extensive experience managing a complex, multi-language, and multi-country e-commerce platform, with a deep understanding of pricing, catalog management, stock availability, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
Your ImpactDevelop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and enhance the online shopping experience. Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including catalog and stock management, pricing strategies, and website maintenance. Work closely with the marketing team to create effective online campaigns and promotions that drive traffic and conversion. Oversee the customer funnel from demand generation to conversion, ensuring a seamless and efficient shopping experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth post-sales operations, including customer service, shipping, and returns. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage. About You
Proven experience managing a complex e-commerce platform, preferably in a multi-language and multi-country context. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret digital data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies. Experience with consumer funnels, from demand generation to post-sales operations. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional languages are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
