Senior E&I Technician (WDA)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

•\tProvides support to complete work activities timely, efficiently, and satisfactorily.

•\tApply Safety requirements in all aspect of day to day work. 

•\tFollow up and continue with the previous shift or day incomplete work.

•\tProvides simple troubleshooting and diagnostic of equipment failure to determine the root cause and perform immediate corrective actions. Use Root cause analysis method for difficult or complex problem.

•\tStandby for any emergency repair after office hours / weekends and public holidays.

•\tProvide regular communication to stakeholders like operations and maintenance teams about equipment status.

•\tMaintain utility equipment like Chiller, Cooling tower, cold rooms, air compressors efficiently and reliably and to support production activities.

•\tKnowledge in instruments like temperature, Humidity sensors calibration.

•\tMaintain facilities in upright condition.

•\tProvide response to Alarms from utility equipment timely.

•\tAny other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor / Manager

 WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

•\tNTC / ITC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Instrument & Control engineering or its equivalent

•\t3 - 5 years of working experience in Utilities and Facilities or electrical/instrumentation field in the Petrochemical or Chemical or Oil & Gas or other related industries

•\tSimple report writing skills

Preferred qualifications:

•\tEMA electrician’s license will be an advantage.

•\tKnowledge of cGMP and good documentation practice will be an advantage.
