Senior eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager

Due to our exciting growth at Vista Health, we are seeking a Senior eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager. As the Senior eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and defining our digital ecosystem to support patients throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for driving the planning, execution and monitoring of our online commercial website and associated marketing programs that help drive traffic and lead to conversions for our services.
This is a remote role, with occasional travel to InHealth sites. What you will do: Manage the online customer lifecycle, focusing on lead generation, acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, loyalty and retention. Report on eCommerce KPIs, customer insights, and analytics, providing actionable insights for business growth. Oversee eCommerce product content, imagery, and product information for consistency and accuracy. Manage external agencies for website maintenance and development. Drive improvements in user experience (UX), web design, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for all audiences across our D2C and B2B offerings. Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyse data to identify opportunities to enhance our products and services. Monitor sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify and implement strategies for growth. Manage the Digital Marketing Manager and oversee performance marketing activities to drive growth. Identify and assess customer touchpoints across digital channels to improve the end-to-end customer experience. Explore new markets, channels, and strategies to support online growth and business expansion. Develop and execute the e-commerce trading strategy to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. You will have experience of: Marketing or communications degree, or equivalent professional qualification Proven experience leading ecommerce teams, preferably with D2C and B2B experience Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing Experience working with web development teams to deliver projects on time and on budget Google Suite (Console, GA4, Tag Manager) CMS experience, preferably Umbraco Experience in managing pricing and promotional activities Proficiency in web analytics, SEO, and CRM software Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant regulations
